Shared Optional Tab: Valuations

Mandatory Prerequisites

Prior to creating a Valuation record, refer to the following Topics:

Valuations table: this displays the valuations done for the parent entity. Double click a row to populate the fields below the table for editing.

 

The values in the following fields can be Added, Changed and Deleted using the Maintenance Push-Buttons (Right Hand Side).

 

Date: this is the date the valuation was done.

 

Effective: this is the date the new property value is effective from.

 

Valuer: this is the Sundry a/c Creditor record for the Valuer account.

 

Contact: this is the valuers Contact ID.

 

Leaseable Area / Units: this is the leaseable area of the Property at the time it was valued.

 

Footprint Area / Units: this is the footprint area of the Property at the time it was valued. This field is only visible when applicable.

 

Property Value: this is the value of the Property being valued.

(Either the Property or Improvement Value is mandatory).

 

Improvement Value: this is the improvement value of the Property being valued.

(Either the Property or Improvement Value is mandatory).

By default only Property and Improvement Value fields are visible. If required 3 more Value fields can be made visible. Ask your Progenesis representative about how to do this.
